Pernahkah kamu melihat atau mengikuti suatu upacara adat suku Dayak ntah upacara kematian atau perkawinan? Jika belum saya akan bercerita tentang upacara kematian salah satu sub suku dayak yaitu Dayak Punan.

Dayak Punan yang akan saya ceritakan ini hidup di sebuah desa di Kalimantan Utara Kabupaten Bulungan Kecamatan Sekatak tepatnya Desa Punan Dulau. Hampir semua masyarakat di desa ini adalah suku Dayak Punan. Beberapa suku lain seperti Dayak Bulusu, Bugis, Palu hanya warga pendatang dikarenakan menikah dengan suku Punan.
